| Description: | Senior Software Engineer (2 positions)

We are looking a couple Senior Software Engineers to join a fast-paced development team working on a new strategic initiative. Candidates should have 6 to 8 years programming experience with at least 3 of those working with the .NET platform. ASP.net/c# development experience using nHibernate, nUnit, jQuery, SQL Server, Oracle, and ADO.NET or equivalents is a must. Candidates should also be familiar with Microsoft's deployment and security models. Familiarity with agile development practices such as continuous integration and automated unit testing is a strong plus.
Candidates should also be familiar working on an Agile team and will contribute to user stories definition, estimation, and tasking, and will participate in daily standups, start of iteration, and end of iteration meetings.
Tech Lead ( 1 position)

We are looking for a Technical Lead to guide a .NET development team working on a new strategic initiative. Candidates should have 6 to 8 years .NET programming experience, with at least 2 of those in a technical leadership role. ASP.NET/c# development experience using nHibernate, nUnit, jQuery, SQL Server, Oracle, and ADO.NET or equivalents is a must. Candidates should also be familiar with Microsoft's deployment and security models. Experience implementing and evangelizing agile development practices such as continuous integration, automated unit testing, and collaborative development will be key to the candidate's success.
Candidate will be expected to contribute to split time between development tasks and leading the team during the iteration including such activities as holding daily scrum meetings, coordinating efforts across teams, user story development, story estimation, task development, mentoring, and leading the start of iteration, and end of iteration meetings. |
