Siebel UCM Administrator - Columbus, IN

We are currently looking for "Siebel UCM Administrator". The requirement details are as follows

Job Location: Columbus, IN
Duration: 6-9 months contract

Required Experience (MUST):

·         4+ years experience with Siebel CRM and UCM Application Administration

·         4+ years experience with Linux and Windows Server Administration

·         2+ years working with Oracle DBMS and PL/SQL (10g or higher).

·         2+ years working with SQL commands and knowledge of DB administration.

Description:

·         Good working knowledge of Siebel Enterprise installation in a Linux environment

·         Hands-on experience with Siebel System Administration daily activities such as configuring application components, parameters, and configuration files; using the 
Siebel command-line server manager interface; logging and event notification, gathering diagnostic information using Siebel Application Response Measurement
(SARM); supporting High Interactivity clients; using Application Deployment Manager (ADM) to deploy application customizations; and basic performance tuning.

·         Good working knowledge of Siebel authentication and access control using LDAP, Active Directory, and OAM.

·         Manage Siebel UCM servers with Data Quality Manager, Survivorship Rules Manager etc .

·         Understanding of Siebel System Administration utilizing all major components of the Siebel Enterprise (Siebel Tools, Think Client, Siebel Enterprise Architecture,
Siebel Data Model, EIM/EAI, Siebel Workflow and Assignment Manager, Workflow Policies , Siebel internal Load Balancer)

·         Scripting and automation experience in both Solaris and Windows

·         Working knowledge of Oracle DBMS.

·         Solid understanding of Incident, Problem, Release, Change, and Project management policy and processes, as well as an established SDLC framework

·         Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

·         Strong work ethic required.

·         Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced support environment.

·         Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to easily and effectively interact with technical, non-technical, support and business staff at all levels is required.

·         Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
