Relevant Experience (Yrs)

6+ Years (minimum)

Technical  Skills

:

·         Must have managed one or more support projects

·         Excellent skills in debugging complex SQL queries.

·         Good experience in PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Hands on OBIEE analytics.

·         Ability to troubleshoot and debug an issue, conduct root cause analysis and resolve the issue within SLA.

·         Monitoring ETL batch jobs and performance tuning.

·         Present permanent solutions to IT.

·         Effort estimation.

·         ITIL support processes.

·         Well versed with developing time, resource estimates and project plans for execution.
 

Preferred Experience

 

·         Hands-on experience in Airline industry.

·         Ability to understand loyalty concepts and map suitable entities in Siebel based on requirements

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

·         Issue resolution for daily support issues.

·         Customer expectations management.

·         Daily interactions with IT & Business champion.

·         Ability to delegate work.

·         Work in onsite-offshore delivery model.
