Sr. Java Developer

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Duration: Long Term

 

NOTE: Project will start at Boca Raton, FL and will be implemented there for 3-4 months, after that project will be continued at Atlanta, GA

 

SKILLS:

Must have experience with: Java, Object-oriented design principles, Web Services and SOA, JSP, HTML, relational databases and E-Commerce and Software product development.

Experience in the one or more of the following areas are desired: Javascript, CSS, Struts, Spring, WebSphere/Weblogic, DHTML, AJAX.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have 10+ years of experience with Java
  • Experience with Object-oriented design principles, Web Services and SOA, JSP, and HTML
  • Experience in the one or more of the following areas are desired: Javascript, CSS, Struts, Spring, WebSphere/Weblogic, DHTML, AJAX.
  • Experience developing iPhone or Android applications a PLUS.
  • Experience working with relational databases
  • Experience building front end consumer websites
  • Experience building N-tier web and business applications
  • Experience working with core e-commerce elements; shopping cart, site search / navigation, product data feeds and credit card processing
  • Experience working with a variety of Content Management Systems a plus
  • Experience implementing SOA / Web Services as the core development methodology
  • Demonstrated focus on quality (unit testing, system testing, user acceptance testing)
  • Experience working with and implementing third party e-commerce services including, but not limited to: Payment methods (PayPal, Google Checkout), Customer product reviews, Site analytics (Coremetrics), SEO/SEM, and and on-site searches (Endeca, Google)
