Siebel Business Analyst (1 position)
Job Specifications/Qualifications:
• Must be able to manage work streams and create and manage project plans and deadlines utilizing people management skills.
• Responsible for understanding the business objectives and processes, translating this information in the development of reports, rules and applications, identifying system issues and resolving these issues, and creating test plans on an on-going basis during the project life cycle.
• Must understand business processes and current systems; must understand the needs of the business and be able to recommend enhancements through the application of technologies, systems and process changes.
• Must be able to provide functional expertise in the areas of Siebel CRM, Order Management and eService.
• Must be able to manage projects utilizing the project management framework and develop process documentation using corporate process techniques.
• Required to perform analysis and evaluation of options, alternatives, and system capabilities.
• Must be able to identify process and system solutions to address major application needs.
Siebel EAI Developer/Team Lead (1 position)
Job Specifications/Qualifications:
• Experience working closely with Business Analysts to analyze requirements and create documentation.
• 3+ years of Siebel development experience.
• Specific experience in Siebel EAI implementation; developing interfaces that interact with Siebel via Web Services.
• 3+ years of experience in Siebel eScripting.
• Strong experience writing Web Services that integrate with Siebel.
• 3+ years of experience in Siebel Workflow, Data Model, Assignment Manager.
• Resolve application defects and implement system enhancements.
• Experience in Siebel eService is desired.
Siebel Configurator (2 positions)
Job Specifications/Qualifications:
• Strong Siebel configuration skills.
• Senior-level skills in the following areas: Business Services, Workflows, eScript, SQL.
• Experience with client-side components (Runtime Events, Data Mapping, Client-side Business Services, etc.) .
• Requires the ability to come up with creative technical solutions while applying Siebel best practices and working within coding standards. Designs and code reviewed and approved by Siebel Architect and Siebel Technical Lead.
• Resolve application defects and implement system enhancements.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting assistance on software application related issues.
• Experience in Siebel eService is desired.
Siebel Tester (1position)
Job Specifications/Qualifications:
• Experience with SQL queries for searching, creating and validating test data.
• Experience with functional, system, integration, end-to-end and regression testing.
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of the software development life cycle.
• Must be able to write, implement and report status for system test cases.
• Experience in analyzing test cases and providing regular progress reports
• Experience in developing test cases and test scripts and executing them.
• Experience in creating test data needed for test execution.
• Experience in Siebel Application Testing (Siebel eService, Siebel Public Sector)
Maximo Positions
Maximo Integration Specialist (1 position)
Skills Required:
• Must be able to provide technical services over the entire life cycle of a project.
• Must be able to conduct Maximo installations and upgrades.
• Must be able to participate in solution architecture design.
• Must be able to perform application and solution development to meet project requirements.
• Must be able to develop and document detailed technical designs to meet business requirements.
• Must be able to lead or assist in data conversion and migration efforts.
• Must be able to configure Maximo and assist in the development of interfaces to external systems.
• Must be able to identify areas of customization and optimization and provide solutions that meet the business requirements.
• Must be able to conduct system testing, as necessary.
• Must be able to assist users in the support of go-live activities, as necessary.
• Must be able to do interface writing:
o Java/J2EE
o BEA WebLogic application server
o Windows 2003 server operating system
o XML
o PL SQL
o Oracle 9i or later
Education/Experience Required:
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or Business related field and/or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five (5) years Maximo experience.
• Minimum five (5) years hands-on experience in a technical position with the implementation and utilization of fully integrated Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
• Ability to convert functional requirements into technical specifications and configure, tailor and/or customize the solutions including building interfaces.
• Ability to create and update advanced technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a project team environment.
• Strong project team experience with multiple successful Maximo project implementations.
Maximo Developer (1 position)
Skills Required:
• Must be able to gather requirements.
• Must be able to documenting solutions and provide technical guidance in a client facing environment.
• Great working knowledge of J2EE applications and good Maximo Java programming skills is required.
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, SQL, JMS, basic application server setup in WebLogic or WebSphere, SQL Server or Oracle DBA basic administration is required.
• Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral) and be able to make client presentations.
• Must have good analytical as well as troubleshooting skills.
Education/Experience Required:
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or Business related field and/or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years experience in Maximo Java Development.
• At least 5 years experience in DBA and SQL.
• At least 5 years experience in MIF.
• At least 5 years experience in Maximo.
• At least 5 years experience in in WebSphere or WebLogic.
• At least 5 years experience in SQL Scripting.
Maximo Functional Consultant (1 position)
Skills Required:
• Must be able to support multiple project initiatives in designing and implementing enhancements in the Maximo 7.5 environment.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with business process owners to:
o Identify and analyze business needs.
o Perform analysis of the existing Maximo configuration.
o Identify and develop specifications for required system configuration and/or reporting changes.
o Perform, test, and implement identified system updates.
• Must be able to develop and review Functional Requirements, Software Requirement Specifications and Test Scripts documentation.
• Must be able to develop and review Training documentation, including guides, lesson plans and tests.
• Must be able to test solutions on a functional and technical level.
• Must be able to recommend industry-best practices in software solutions.
• Must be able to facilitate and lead requirement gathering workshops.
• Must be able to maintain an excellent level of client interaction to ensure project success.
• Proficiency with database systems including SQL and Microsoft Access is required.
• Flexibility of work environment, ability to work independently and being comfortable with rapid change is required.
• Excellent oral communications skills and effective writing, negotiation, and consensus building skills is required.
• Strong structured analysis and a design/object oriented methodology background is required.
Education/Experience Required:
• 5+ years Maximo implementation and technical support experience – version 7.1 is required.
• 5+ years Maximo functional design and configuration experience.
• 5+ years of developing functional design documentation.
• 5+ years of experience training users in Maximo versions 6.1 and higher.
• In-depth business process and Maximo configuration experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) related functions, including purchasing, inventory, and work order modules is required.
• Proven experience as a Senior Maximo Functional Consultant specializing in the areas of Supply Chain (Inventory, Purchasing, Contracts), Work Management and Asset Management.
• Preferred experience with Maximo installation, system administration and technical environment configuration.
• Knowledge and experience with a wide variety of computer, communications, and applications technologies and tools in the engineering and construction industry.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, including business process redesign, business case development and engagement leadership.
• 5+ years in implementing applications with Maximo platform with 2+ years of consulting experience required in designing high quality systems.
• 5+ years of experience in leading large-scale EAM Systems Integration/Business Transformation projects, including integration with ERP.
• 5+ years of experience with one or more of the following: MBOs Maximo 7.x Database Object Structure, Relationships and Configuration, Application Designer, Oracle and SQL.
