Role/Responsibility:
· Responsible for new business development into the Banking, Financial Services and Insuranceindustry , Financial technology industry
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts
· Identify & pro-actively maximize opportunities for sales growth
· Provide thought leadership & articulate value to executive levels amongst prospects in the Banking & Financial services domain.
· Achieve Revenue targets
· Pro-active prospecting and managing commercial negotiations with prospects and clients
· Work closely with delivery & support functions to ensure successful execution of projects
· Manage receivables under agreed limits
· Handle regional marketing activities required for new business development
Skills/Experience required:
· Minimum 5 years of relevant IT services sales and new business development (hunting) experience in the US
· Good understanding and experience of the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance domain issues
· Proven ability to develop a trusted relationship with clients
· Ability to adopt distributed working with colleagues and teams onshore, near-shore and offshore
· Needs to have worked on selling and managing large multi year/ multi service engagements in IT services for financial industry, financial technology industry
· Well-developed network of contacts at CXO level in client companies
· Must possess excellent people / communication / presentation skill with high energy levels
