Both Phone and In Person

 

 

This position requires a candidate that has the aptitude to learn and strong customer service skills.  While training is provided, a qualified candidate must have prior technical exposure and customer service phone skills.

 

HELPDESK

Handling of sponsors' calls/emails and resolving sponsors' SNEARS phone and email inquiries

Understanding of the Application System/Reimbursement System/Direct Certification Applications

Understanding of Food Distribution Progams within SNEARS

Ability to generate authorization codes to new SNEARS users through the portal's Role Manager

Ability to elevate program level inquiries to proper Child Nutrition staff

 

 

TECHNICAL

Resolve Food and Nutrition user technical inquires in timely manner

PC Troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of Windows 7/Windows XP operating Systems

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010

Configuring of PC's\Laptops\Printers

Configuring of Software

Printer\Copier Troubleshooting skills

Maintain accurate supply of network/desktop and copier supplies

Change printer/copier toner at user request

Maintain accurate records of IT equipment  signed out of office

Maintain accurate inventory records of hardware/software assets

Maintain recalibration schedule for Opscan 4 scanner

 

CLERICAL

Procurement or hardware/software quotes

Paperwork for procuring hardware/software through completion of OIT checklists

Paperwork for procuring CAI services  through completion of OIT checklists

 

Skills:

·         Prior experience supporting XP

·         Hands on experience with Windows 7

·         Experience with MS Office 2007 and above

·         Prior PC Support experience

·         Experience in customer service documentation
