1. eService Team lead
Work Week: 35 hrs/week
Our client is implementing Self-Service components of Siebel CRM (eService module). They are looking for a hands-on Siebel Team Lead who will lead other team members, as well as participate in hands-on activities involving configuration, requirements analysis, design and EAI activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 5+ years Siebel CRM experience (Configuration and/or EAI)
· Team Lead experience
· eService / e-Service module implementation experience a BIG plus
Responsibilities:·
Conducts technical research, testing, evaluation and documentation of moderately complex hosting/configuration tools and methodologies to ensure that tools are current and functional.
· Creates application architectures and populates application host/configuration matrices with appropriate strategies, timelines, and cost information to increase cost efficiency and effectiveness.
· Coordinates with application developers, managers and customer application experts to ensure that required features and modifications are included in the appropriates releases to support cross-product features and to communicate architectural designs and standards.
· Designs application modules that work together to produce desired product. Ensures that completed modules provide functionality described by application experts and to ensure that performance guidelines are met.
· Plans technical support infrastructure through the creation of service level agreements; leads the transition from application development to support to ensure that appropriate support is available to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
· Provides high-level analysis and design reviews to other department members to avoid duplication of effort in solving the same application problems with different products.
· Works with third party vendors to develop and/or integrate their applications into company products; ensures that applications are in accordance with company product standards and guidelines.
· Works with product development teams and senior designers to develop architectural requirements to ensure client satisfaction with product.

2 Business Analyst
Business Analyst needed for a Siebel CRM (eService) application. Responsible for requirements gathering, process flows, specifications, documentation and testing. Create requirements for technical team of developers and configuration analysts, and coordinate team activities.
Siebel / CRM / Call Center application analysis experience a Big Plus
3. HYPERION PM – PMP ( Face to face interview is must)

Project Manager with Strong Hyperion implementation experience:
REQUIREMENTS
· 2+ projects - Hyperion implementation a MUST
· · PMP Certified
· · 6 + years of successfully managing mid-large size enterprise wide projects; including but not limited to web based and database projects. Candidate resume should detail the technology used for the web and database projects they have managed.
· · Extensive experience in managing projects from inception to completion applying project management lifecycles/ methodologies; including but not limited to PMI, Waterfall and Agile. Candidate resume should detail specifically the life cycle/ methodology used.
· · Extensive experience in creating and managing the project schedule, risks, issues, changes, budget, stakeholders, status reports, etc.
· · Excellent communications, leadership, time management, and problem solving skills. Candidate should be highly motivated.
