•Hands on Design experience on Drivetrain Area for >500 HP Tractor
•Should have strong roots in driveline design/ castings/Transmissions
• Should have fundamental engineering understanding (calculations, thumb rules, standard practices) on the areas of Drivetrain Engineering
• Thorough functional understanding of various Powertrain aggregates and the latest technological developments in the Powertrain domain
• Knowledge on various standards and the industry practices of Powertrain development
