Provide support imaging and deploying PCs to users across the State. Work hours may need to be in the evening at times.
Role Description:
· Thorough knowledge of electrical/mechanical principles and basic electronics.
· Knowledge of system relationships and telecommunications.
· Application of technical skill to a variety of equipment types.
· Diagnoses and repairs industry systems products.
· Perform routine service and repairs on industry system products without assistance.
· Anticipate and resolve issues specific to the team.
· Determine time estimates and schedule for own work and resolve issues in a timely manner.
· Identify and track issues, risks and action items.
Skills:
· Troubleshoot/resolve hardware and software issues
· Instal configure, test software and hardware of PC’s
· Knowledge of Windows XP
· Install configure and customize pc images
· Utilize SMS to remotely connect to clients.
