Java Developer - Camp Hill, PA

ROLE:  Java Developer
Location: Camp Hill, PA
Duration: Long Term

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop Web based solutions for complex functional and technical requirements using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles and practices. Demonstrate hands-on experience in web-enabled Rich Internet Application (RIA) development using Java, Flex, JEE, JSP, servlets, JMS, RDBMS and WebSphere application server technologies. Identify, analyze and facilitate development of common framework components. Develop and enforce system design/coding standards. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills. Consult with users, and technical experts to review and finalize solution design. Assign and review the work of other developer. Develop software migration strategies and procedures for production deployment. Coordinate and facilitate software migration to production and lower environments.    

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in using combination of the following technologies:
- Java 1.6, JSP, JSTL, JMS, SOAP, XML, JQuery and EJB etc
- Flex builder, IBM Universal DB, SQL     
- Spring, JUnit and XML parser framework components
- Experience in developing Web based applications using IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic and/or any open source web/application servers

Experience in the following technology is preferred but not required:
- Linux, SUES Enterprise Linux V11 preferred
- Jprobe, Clover, Sonar and other java based utilities      
- IBM WebSphere Application Server Version 7.0             
- Rational Software Architect      
- Rational tools used for unified change management process

One more Required Skill:
•             Experience in developing web-based application and SOA Services using eclipse based Integrated Development Environment
