Product Specialist

Location: Trenton, NJ

Interview Type: Both Phone and In Person

 

Staff needed to migrate from existing HP Openview Network Node Manager version 7.51 to current version (9i) under the Windows platform.  This will include configuring traps, installing and configuring Alarmpoint Express, set up discovery, maps and reporting. 

A new virtual server is built out with NNM 9i installed on it.  It may need patches to be applied.

Alarmpoint Express will be configured to send out notifications to staff based on traps configured.  MIBS will be migrated from current system and events recreated. 

 

A successful candidate will have 5+ years experience working with HP Network Node manager and will have performed successful upgrades to the 9i platform.

Database Administrator

Location: Trenton, NJ

Duration: Long term

 

Skills:

·         Oracle 10g pramming (Primary skill)

·         J2EE Programming

·         UML Modeling

·         Metadata development

·         Javascript

·         Web enabled State Health Emergency Apps

·         Prior with GIS or ESRI

·         Prior state of NJ experience

 

 

Must possess strong skills in object-oriented analysis, design, and implementation (using UML), with active involvement in all phases of project life cycle. Quickly understands functional and technical aspects of software development projects and offer excellent communication skills.  Experience with developing web enabled State health emergency preparedness and response applications a strong plus and/or experience developing NJ State enterprise web applications. Must be a team player.  Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential. 

 

Role Description:

The programmer will function as a team member to enhance the existing Hippocrates modules including enhancements to the incident management and security and communication channels modules within Hippocrates.  Document all work.  Contribute toward user/training guide materials. Participate in design reviews to verify that design meets quality standards and functional/technical requirements.

 

Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the Application Team. Develop contingency plans as necessary.

 

Apply specific expertise to ensure that products meet defined customer objectives.

.Net Developer with SQL Server 2008

Location: Trenton, NJ

Duration: Long Term

Interview Type: In person only

 

Skills:

Programming using logical and physical 3-tier architecture in the following technology: .Net 2010 (2 yrs or more), SQL Server 2008 (2 yrs or more), email integration (5 yrs or more).

 

Database design skills including SQL Server Integration Services programming

 

Detailed test plans for and testing of Visual Studio .Net applications (including the above software integration).

 

Ability to interact with other team members and client representatives while working as part of a team.

 

Excellent communication and project documentation skills.

 

Experience working on a mission critical system with mandatory due dates.

 

Experience in the use of MS Team Foundation Server including SharePoint integration for source code and project management

 

Previous experience in the Treasury environment
